Assembly Platforms

A large number of different platforms have been described that enable users to assemble plasmids encoding their own customized TAL repeat arrays. Below we provide links to pages that summarize each of these various methods and provide information about where to find protocols, plasmids, and software needed to practice these approaches.

Solid-Phase Assembly Methods (e.g.-- FLASH, ICA, and others)

Standard Cloning Methods (e.g.—REAL, REAL-Fast, and others)

Golden Gate Assembly Methods

TAL effector arrays made on these various other architectures and platforms.
